Lately, it feels like the bar is constantly being raised for performance. Not just about hitting targets, but the *way* we're supposed to hit them. My team is being asked to do more with less, and the scrutiny on every expense and every decision seems to have intensified. It's not overtly hostile, but the underlying message is clear: maximize output, minimize input. Is this just the nature of the beast in this market, or is ATC specifically tightening its belt in a more noticeable way? Some colleagues are joking about 'performance reviews by algorithm' due to the data tracking. Anyone else feeling this heightened level of oversight and pressure? Wondering if this is a precursor to something bigger or just standard operating procedure.
