So, no official layoff news at American Tower, which is good, I guess. But has anyone else experienced a noticeable tightening of the purse strings recently? My team's budget got slashed for Q3, and there's a lot more back-and-forth on expenses that used to be a quick sign-off. It feels like every dollar is being watched with a magnifying glass. Also, I'm hearing whispers about performance metrics being re-evaluated with a stricter lens. It's creating a bit of a tense atmosphere, and while I'm not packing my bags yet, it definitely feels like the company is bracing for something, or at least trying to become leaner.
