ATC - Is anyone else seeing a major slowdown in project approvals?

Been with ATC for a few years now, and lately, it feels like everything is stuck in molasses. Project proposals that used to get greenlit within weeks are now taking months, if they get approved at all. It's impacting team bandwidth and frankly, it's starting to feel a bit demotivating. Is this a company-wide thing, or is it specific to certain departments? Wondering if others are experiencing the same slowdown and if there's any visibility on why this might be happening. Feels like budgets are being scrutinized more heavily than usual.

Totally feel you on this. The pace has definitely shifted, and it's noticeable across the board from what I can tell. It’s not just the project timelines, but also the seemingly increased scrutiny on approvals, which is understandable to a degree, but the sheer length of time is becoming a real productivity killer. Hoping there's a valid reason and perhaps some communication coming down the pipeline to explain the shift. In the meantime, we're all just trying to manage the backlog.
