Morale at ATC - Concerned...

Lately, the general mood around the office (or virtual office, for many of us) feels pretty low. There's a lot of whispering and speculation, mostly driven by the economic climate and some recent industry-wide belt-tightening. We haven't had any official announcements about layoffs, but the uncertainty is starting to weigh on people. Projects are getting scrutinized more heavily, and there's a definite sense of 'are we next?' creeping in. It's tough to stay motivated when you're constantly worried about job security. Anyone else feeling this way? Any departments seem particularly vulnerable or stable?

I hear you. That feeling of uncertainty is palpable. It's hard to focus on day-to-day tasks when you're worried about the bigger picture. Hopefully, leadership will provide some clarity soon to ease everyone's minds. We all do our best work when we feel secure.

Yeah, the vibe has definitely shifted. Seems like every company is feeling the pinch right now, and ATC is no exception. It's a tough market. Just trying to stay heads down and keep delivering, hoping for the best. Fingers crossed things stabilize soon.
