Anyone else blindsided by the Bloomingdale site news?

I’ve been at the Bloomingdale facility for five years, and the atmosphere on the floor today was absolute hell. Leadership dropped the hammer on the 63 of us completely out of nowhere. We had a town hall last week where everything seemed 'business as usual,' then suddenly HR is sitting at desks with folders ready to go. No one saw this coming, especially with how hard we’ve been grinding to hit those quarterly production targets. They kept talking about 'operational efficiency' and 'consolidating footprint,' but it feels like they’re just shuffling assets to inflate the margins for the shareholders while we’re left scrambling for new jobs in a trash market. Has anyone heard if they are actually honoring the retention bonuses for those kept on for the transition, or is that going out the window too? Trying to figure out my next move before the official shutter date hits.
