Hey folks, long-time lurker here. Been at Amgen for a few years now, and lately, there's just this... feeling. Not sure if it's just me or if others are picking up on it too. Management is being pretty tight-lipped, and while there haven't been any official announcements about layoffs, there's a definite shift in the air. Budgets seem tighter, hiring freezes are rumored across several departments, and there's a general sense of 'wait and see.' Anyone else in a similar boat at Amgen or other big biotech companies? Curious to hear if this is an Amgen-specific thing or just the general industry climate right now. Trying not to panic, but it's hard not to notice the subtle changes.

Can confirm. The "wait and see" vibe is palpable.
