Amgen - Anyone feeling the vibe shift lately?

Hey all, been at Amgen for a few years now, and while there haven't been any official announcements or anything, I've been getting a weird vibe lately. Project timelines seem to be getting tighter, and there's a lot more talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' in our internal comms. It's subtle, but it feels like a prelude to something. Anyone else picking up on this? Seems like management is being extra cagey about future plans, which is unlike them. Just wondering if I'm overthinking it or if others are seeing similar signs. Maybe it's just the general biotech market jitters, but it feels more specific to us lately. Curious to hear if anyone has any intel or even just similar feelings.

I'm with you on this. I've noticed the same increased focus on efficiency and tighter deadlines. It does feel like a shift from the usual Amgen pace, and the lack of transparency about future initiatives is definitely raising eyebrows. It's hard to shake the feeling that something's brewing behind the scenes, whether it's a restructuring, a new strategic direction, or something else entirely. Hopefully, we'll get some clarity soon, but the current atmosphere is definitely a bit unsettling.
