I've definitely picked up on some of the same vibes. Performance reviews do seem to be under a microscope, and there's a noticeable slowdown in hiring for new roles. It's hard to say if it's a full-blown layoff situation or more of a strategic realignment, but the general sentiment among folks I've spoken to isn't exactly rosy.
