Hey everyone, just popping in to see if anyone else is picking up on some strange vibes lately at Amphenol. No official announcements or anything concrete, but I've been hearing a lot of chatter from folks in different departments and even some people who used to work there. Seems like there's a general feeling of uncertainty about the future, and not just related to the usual market fluctuations. Some are saying management's been unusually quiet, others are pointing to a slowdown in hiring for certain roles. Interesting post. I haven't heard any specific rumors myself, but I have noticed a bit more internal communication lately about 'strategic realignment' which usually translates to something significant. The hiring slowdown is definitely noticeable in my division, and it's causing some concern about project timelines. Hopefully, it's just a temporary recalibration and not a sign of deeper issues.

I've been with Amphenol for a while and have definitely picked up on a similar quietness from leadership recently. It's unusual for them not to be more forthcoming, especially with the market as it is. I'm trying not to jump to conclusions, but the lack of clarity is making it hard to plan ahead, and it's definitely a topic of conversation around here too.
