Anyone else feeling the pressure at Amphenol?

Project scopes seem to be tightening, and there's a definite focus on cost-saving measures across the board. Some teams are definitely feeling more pressure than others. Is anyone else noticing this? Yeah, I'm definitely picking up on that too. It's more than just a hunch at this point. Seems like every new proposal is getting scrutinized much harder, and there's a constant drumbeat about efficiency and resource optimization. It's created a weird atmosphere where people are hesitant to even ask for necessary tools or headcount, fearing it'll be seen as excessive. I've noticed some restructuring discussions happening in hushed tones, which doesn't help quell the anxiety. Hoping it's just a seasonal adjustment or a strategic shift, but it's hard to ignore the creeping sense of uncertainty.
