Ansys employees - how's morale lately?

Hey everyone, been at Ansys for a few years now, and while there haven't been any official announcements or major shakeups that I've seen, I've been noticing a general dip in energy around the office lately. Projects seem to be getting re-prioritized more often, and there's a bit of uncertainty about what's next. Just wanted to see if others are feeling this too, or if it's just my department/location. Is anyone else seeing slower hiring, or perhaps longer review cycles? Wondering if there's any internal chatter I might be missing. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard when the general mood feels a bit subdued. Any insights or shared experiences would be appreciated.
