Been hearing whispers about a potential hiring freeze across certain departments at Ansys. Nothing concrete, of course, but the general vibe feels a bit tighter than usual. Has anyone else noticed this? Applications for roles I've been tracking seem to be sitting stagnant for weeks, and some internal teams have mentioned a pause on backfilling positions. Is this just standard seasonal slowdown, or is something bigger brewing? Trying to get a sense of whether this is a company-wide thing or isolated incidents. Any insights from those closer to the hiring process or management would be appreciated. Trying not to panic, but also want to be prepared if things are shifting.

I haven't heard any official word, but I've definitely noticed a slowdown in recruitment activity myself. Some of the roles I was watching have gone dark, which is unusual. It could be nothing, but it's also making me a little nervous about future opportunities. Hopefully, it's just a temporary phase and things will pick up soon. Keeping an eye on job boards and internal postings, but the silence is notable.
