Ansys management & strategy outlook?

Been at Ansys for a few years now and while the product is solid, I'm starting to question the long-term vision from leadership. Seems like a lot of focus on acquisitions and integrating new tech, which is fine, but are we losing sight of our core strengths? The market is getting more competitive, especially with cloud-native players popping up. I'm wondering if the current strategy is sustainable or if we're setting ourselves up for a bumpy ride down the line. Is anyone else in a similar boat, wondering about the strategic direction and how it might impact job security or growth opportunities? Just trying to gauge the general sentiment on where Ansys is heading from a strategic perspective.

I've noticed a similar trend. The acquisitions do bring in interesting capabilities, but the integration process feels like a constant juggling act. My concern is that the core engineering tools, the bedrock of what made Ansys great, might not be getting the dedicated focus they deserve. It's easy to get distracted by the shiny new things. Hopefully, leadership has a clear roadmap that balances innovation with strengthening what we already do exceptionally well. The competitive landscape is definitely shifting, and staying ahead requires more than just adding new features; it needs strategic depth.
