Ansys recent project slowdowns/reorgs?

Wondering if anyone else has noticed a slowdown in project approvals or a general push for 'efficiency' recently at Ansys? There's been a lot of internal chatter about resource optimization and some minor reorgs in a few areas. While it's being framed as standard business practice, it feels like there might be something else brewing beneath the surface. Not looking for rumor mills, but rather concrete observations from people on the ground. Has anyone experienced changes in their team's priorities, project funding, or management structure that seem out of the ordinary? Trying to gauge if this is a widespread phenomenon or isolated to certain business units. Appreciate any insights from fellow employees.

I've definitely felt a shift lately. Project timelines seem tighter, and there's a greater emphasis on demonstrating ROI for every initiative. It's not necessarily a bad thing – good to stay lean and focused – but it does mean we have to be more strategic about what we tackle and how we scope it. Heard similar things about resource reviews across different departments.

Standard operating procedure for many companies, but I agree, it feels a bit more pronounced at Ansys right now. We've had a few internal discussions about consolidating efforts and eliminating redundancies. My team's priorities haven't been drastically altered, but there's a heightened awareness of how our work aligns with broader business objectives and a push to streamline processes wherever possible.
