I've been with the company for a while now and I'm definitely picking up on some similar vibes. It's unsettling not knowing what's coming, especially when you see managers being evasive. I'm trying to stay focused on my work, but it's hard not to feel a bit anxious. Hopefully, any changes will be for the best in the long run, but the lack of transparency is making things tough.
