Been hearing some chatter in the background, not necessarily layoffs, but maybe hiring freezes or a shift in priorities. Sales targets feeling a bit more aggressive, and some teams seem stretched thin. Just wondering if this is a widespread feeling or if I'm just picking up on isolated incidents. Curious about how others are seeing the company's direction and if there are any hints about future organizational changes. Trying to stay positive but the low hum of 'what if' is hard to ignore.
