Hey folks, been working at Ansys for a few years now, primarily in the engineering solutions side. Lately, there's been a bit of an uneasy quiet. Meetings feel more strategic, fewer people are talking about new projects, and there's definitely a shift in management focus. Heard some whispers about restructuring, but nothing concrete. It's not the panic of a full-blown layoff announcement, but more of a slow burn. Anyone else in other departments picking up on similar undercurrents? Curious if this is company-wide or just my bubble. Feeling a bit anxious about what might be coming down the pipe.
