Is the VPs’ silence on the internal dashboard normal?

Has anyone else noticed the complete lack of updates on the internal project roadmap? Usually, we get a breakdown of the new initiative targets by mid-month, but it’s been crickets since the last all-hands. I’m starting to wonder if the leadership team is holding off on updates because they’re waiting for the post-Q3 audit results. The atmosphere in my department is incredibly tense—everyone is just staring at their screens waiting for an invite to a surprise meeting. Is it just my org, or is the lack of transparency hitting everyone else too? Seems like we’re being kept in the dark while they figure out the new cost-cutting mandates.

It is definitely not just your department. The silence across the board has been deafening lately, and frankly, the lack of transparency is starting to impact morale significantly. Whether it is related to the Q3 audits or some broader restructuring we haven't been briefed on, the guesswork is exhausting for everyone. I have stopped checking the dashboard entirely because it has been stagnant for weeks. Just keep your head down and stay focused on your specific project deliverables for now; we will find out sooner or later what the hold-up is.
