Throwaway account here. Been with AOS for a few years now, and lately, there's been a lot of talk in the hallways, mostly quiet conversations, about potential reorganizations. Nothing concrete has been announced, but there's a definite undercurrent of 'what if.' Some teams seem to be consolidating responsibilities, and I've heard a few managers having prolonged, closed-door meetings. Is this just normal business flux, or is anyone else hearing anything more substantial about potential headcount adjustments down the line? Trying to gauge the general sentiment and see if the unease is widespread or just localized to my corner of the company.
