Anyone else feeling the pressure building?

Lately, it feels like every task, no matter how small, is under a microscope. My manager is constantly asking for updates, and the expectations seem to be shifting almost daily. It's creating a really stressful environment, and I've noticed a lot of hushed conversations around the office. People are a bit jumpy, and the usual camaraderie seems to have evaporated. I'm trying to stay focused and put in the work, but it's hard when you feel like you're walking on eggshells. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if it's just my department. Trying to get a pulse on the overall mood.
