Been here a few years and things just feel... off lately. It's not just one thing, but a collection of small things. People seem more withdrawn, less collaborative. There's a lot more gossip and speculation about 'what's next.' It's like the general buzz has been replaced with a low hum of anxiety. Even the usually upbeat folks seem a bit more muted. Is it just my department, or is anyone else picking up on this dip in overall morale? Feels like there's an unspoken tension that wasn't there before. Wondering if others are experiencing the same vibe or if I'm just overthinking it.

I've noticed it too, unfortunately. It's hard to put a finger on it, but there's definitely a different vibe around the place lately. People are quieter, and it feels like everyone's just trying to keep their head down. The little things really do add up, don't they? Yep, you're not alone. It feels like the energy has shifted. Used to be more chatter and collaboration, now it's more heads down, just getting through the day.
