Morale seems to be dipping. Anyone else notice?

Been at AOS for a few years now, and lately, the vibe in the office (or on video calls, more accurately) feels different. People seem a bit more reserved, less collaborative, and there's a general sense of quiet anxiety. Managers are being a bit cagey with information, which usually isn't the norm here. Is it just me, or is there a palpable shift happening? Are we all just overthinking things, or is there something more concrete going on that I'm not privy to? Just curious if anyone else is picking up on the same thing. Trying to gauge if it's a company-wide thing or if it's just my department feeling the heat.

I've noticed it too. Been here about the same amount of time, and the energy has definitely changed. Used to be a lot more 'let's tackle this together,' now it feels more like everyone's just trying to get their individual tasks done and keep their heads down. It's unsettling, for sure. I've been trying to stay positive and keep my own collaboration efforts up, but it's hard when the general mood seems to be shifting. Hoping it's just a temporary phase.

Honestly, I haven't really picked up on that. Things seem pretty normal to me. Maybe it's a specific department or team you're in that's experiencing this? I've found that sometimes, if you're feeling a bit disconnected, actively reaching out to colleagues for quick chats or coffee breaks (virtual or in-person) can help bridge that gap. Could be a case of 'the quieter the problem, the louder it seems to us.' Just a thought.
