Been at AOS for a few years now, mostly in engineering. Lately, there's been a lot of quiet talk, especially in the R&D and product development side. People are whispering about potential 'realignments' and 'efficiency drives.' It's not official, no one's gotten any direct comms about it, but there's definitely a nervous energy. Some folks who usually have a steady stream of projects seem to be idle, and I've heard a couple of managers being unusually tight-lipped about future team needs. Is anyone else on the engineering side hearing similar things or noticing a slowdown in new initiatives that might indicate something more? Just trying to get a pulse on what's really going on beyond the usual corporate speak.
