Seeing a lot more 'efficiency' talk lately, anyone else?

Lately, feels like every other meeting has someone bringing up 'efficiency improvements' or 'streamlining processes'. It's not just one department, either. Engineering, operations, even some of the sales leadership have been talking about it. Normally, that's just part of business, but the intensity feels different. It's more than just the usual 'do more with less' stuff. Makes me wonder if they're looking for ways to trim fat, or maybe consolidate roles to save on costs. Has anyone else picked up on this? Is it just me or is there a more serious push for 'optimization' happening across AOS right now?
