Subtle signs of belt-tightening across departments?

0x7f73…4468Hey all, been at AOS for a few years now and have definitely noticed a shift in the last quarter or so. It's not one big, obvious thing, but more like a thousand tiny papercuts. Budgets for training and travel seem way tighter, some planned software upgrades got pushed back, and there's a lot more 'can we achieve this with existing resources?' conversations happening before new initiatives are even pitched. Even small things like office supplies feel less abundant. Management keeps talking about 'fiscal responsibility' and 'strategic focus,' which is fine, but the collective feeling on the ground is that something's up. Is anyone else seeing this quiet tightening of the purse strings, and if so, what's your take on what it might mean long-term?
