Applied Materials - Headcount freeze? Hiring slow down?

Been at AMAT for a few years now, and lately, it feels like the brakes have been quietly applied. We haven't had any official announcements about layoffs, but the hiring freeze seems pretty widespread across a lot of teams. A few roles that were open for months have suddenly disappeared from the internal job board. Even some of the internal transfers are getting stalled. Is anyone else seeing this? It's not a layoff, per se, but it definitely feels like the company is tightening its belt. Curious if this is specific to certain departments or a broader trend. Wondering if this is a precursor to something bigger or just a response to market conditions. Any insights would be appreciated.
