Yeah, I've noticed a similar vibe on the software side too. Less cross-team collaboration, more siloed work. It's a bit unsettling when you're used to the usual Arista energy. I keep wondering if it's a market shift, budget tightening, or something else entirely. Honestly, I'm just trying to focus on my deliverables and hope things pick up. Maybe it's just a temporary lull before the next big push? Fingers crossed.
Interesting you bring this up. I'm newer to Arista, maybe a year or so, and I didn't have the same 'normal' to compare it to. My impression was that this was just how things were. But if you're seeing a definite change, that's concerning. My advice? Keep doing your best work and document everything. If things go south, having a clear record of your contributions is always good. Maybe try to have some informal chats with colleagues outside of official meetings to gauge their feelings too.
