Arista - Anyone else bracing for potential cuts?

Just wanted to see if I'm the only one who's getting a weird feeling about Arista lately. No official word, of course, but there's been a lot of internal chatter and some noticeable shifts in project prioritization. Hiring seems to have slowed to a crawl in a lot of areas, and performance reviews feel… stricter than usual. Maybe it's just the general tech downturn making everyone jumpy, but I've seen this kind of prep before at other companies right before things get dicey. Anyone else picking up on this, or am I just being paranoid? Trying to gauge the general sentiment out there.

I'm definitely feeling it too. The hiring freeze feels pretty widespread, and even in teams that are still active, the focus seems to be very heavily on existing revenue streams rather than new initiatives. Makes you wonder if they're battening down the hatches for a rougher patch ahead. It’s a shame because the product innovation has been so strong, but stability is obviously paramount. Let's hope it's just a temporary recalibration.
