Arista - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Hey everyone, been with Arista for a few years now in engineering. Lately, the vibe feels... different. Not seeing any official news or even whispers of layoffs, but there's definitely a shift. Project priorities seem to be changing more frequently, and there's a general sense of 'belt-tightening' even though we're still landing big deals. Is anyone else picking up on this? Or am I just overthinking it? Maybe it's just the usual Q4 jitters or the broader economic climate seeping in. Just curious if anyone else feels like things are a bit uncertain, or if it's just my team/department. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard not to notice the subtle changes. Anyone have insights into what might be going on under the hood?

I've noticed some similar shifts myself, even in a different department. The pace of some initiatives has definitely slowed, and there's a more cautious approach to new spending. It's easy to dismiss it as market fluctuations, but the internal communication could be clearer. It would be good to get some official word on the company's strategic direction to ease some of this uncertainty.

Yeah, the 'belt-tightening' vibe is palpable. While sales figures might look good, the internal operations feel like they're under a microscope. Resources seem scarcer, and approvals for even minor expenditures are taking longer. It's creating a bit of unease, for sure. Hopefully, it's just a temporary realignment and not a sign of bigger issues brewing beneath the surface.
