Been with Arista for a few years now, and lately, it feels like the pressure is really on. Projects seem to be getting pushed harder, and there's a general sense of needing to do more with less. Yeah, I'm definitely feeling that too. It seems like the pace has picked up considerably over the last year or so. Deadlines feel tighter, and the scope of work often expands mid-project. It's like there's a constant push to innovate and deliver more, faster. While I appreciate the drive and the company's ambition, it can be a bit draining at times. Hoping it's a sign of exciting growth rather than just unsustainable demands.
