Arista - Anyone Else Feeling the Slowdown?

Hey folks, been at Arista for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels... different. Not hearing any concrete layoff rumors, but there's definitely a sense of caution creeping in. Projects seem to be getting more scrutiny, and there's a bit more 'hustle culture' than usual, if that makes sense. I've noticed some teams are leaner, and hiring for certain roles seems to have slowed down considerably. Wondering if this is just me, or if others are picking up on a similar shift. Is it just the market, or is Arista tightening things up internally? Curious to hear if anyone else has similar observations or insights. Trying not to spiral, but the quiet uncertainty is getting to me.

I'm seeing something similar, though maybe not as pronounced. It's subtle, like decisions are taking a bit longer, and there's a renewed focus on efficiency. I've noticed a few internal reorganizations that might be contributing to that feeling of flux. Could be standard business cycle stuff, but it does feel a little different than a year or two ago. Definitely keeping an eye on it.

Interesting you're picking up on that. I'm in a different division, and things still feel pretty robust, but I have heard whispers from friends in other areas about project prioritization shifting.
