Arista - Buzz about Reorgs?

Been hearing whispers about potential reorgs within Arista, particularly in some of the engineering and support functions. Nothing concrete, no numbers, no official announcements, but the chatter is definitely increasing. Management seems to be spending a lot of time in internal meetings that aren't on public calendars. Is anyone else hearing similar things or maybe even more specific details? Trying to separate the usual corporate noise from something potentially more significant. Has anyone been asked to document their team's functions more thoroughly lately?

I've been in a few of those impromptu meetings myself lately. It feels like there's a strategic shift being discussed, but the specifics are definitely being kept close to the vest. My gut feeling is it's less about cutting costs and more about realigning teams to focus on emerging market opportunities or perhaps a new product line. It's hard to say for sure without more intel, but the increased internal discussions are definitely noticeable. Hopefully, we'll get some clarity soon.
