Arista - Efficiency Drive or Precursor to Something Bigger?

Hey everyone. Been with Arista for a few years now, and while things have been pretty stable generally, I'm starting to pick up on some vibes that feel... different. We're hearing a lot about 'optimizing resources' and 'driving efficiency' in recent all-hands meetings. It's all framed positively, of course, but it feels like code for something. I've noticed some teams seem leaner than they were a few months ago, not through departures, but just through not refilling roles. There's also a renewed focus on 'critical impact' projects, which is fine, but it makes you wonder what's considered non-critical. Is anyone else seeing this? Is it just the usual business cycle chatter, or does this feel like a precursor to something more substantial down the line?
