Arista - Engineering morale lately?

Been with Arista for a few years now, and I've noticed a definite shift in the engineering org over the past couple of quarters. Seems like there's a lot more urgency, tighter deadlines, and frankly, a bit of a 'drinking from a firehose' vibe. Management seems to be pushing for more with less, and the pressure to deliver is palpable. Are others feeling this? It's not necessarily a bad company, and the tech is still top-notch, but the day-to-day grind feels significantly more intense than it used to. Just wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm in a particularly stressed department. Any insights would be appreciated.
