Is it just me or has the workload at Arista ramped up significantly in the last quarter? My team's been pushing for insane deadlines, and there's a general sense of urgency that feels... different. Like we're trying to hit targets that might be artificially inflated or a response to some underlying instability. I've seen a few people quietly exit, not in a mass exodus way, but just smaller departures that seem a bit more frequent than usual. No official word on anything, but the whispers about 'efficiency drives' and 'optimizing resources' are starting to make me nervous. Feels like the calm before a storm, and I'm trying to figure out if that storm is a layoff or just a really tough year-end push.
