Seeing a lot of chatter on here and elsewhere about tech slowdowns and potential cuts. Curious if anyone at Arista has heard anything concrete or seen any unusual activity. My team hasn't had any official announcements, but there's definitely a different vibe lately. Projects are being re-evaluated, and the urgency on some new initiatives seems to have cooled off. I haven't heard any official layoff news at Arista, but I agree the atmosphere feels different. It's not just projects being re-evaluated; there's also a noticeable slowdown in hiring for certain roles. Some of my colleagues in other departments are experiencing similar things. It's hard to tell if this is a natural market correction, as the post suggests, or something more specific. The networking industry has been booming, so any shift feels amplified.
