Hey everyone, has anyone else been through the recent performance review cycle at Arista and noticed anything...off? Feels like there's a lot more emphasis on 'efficiency' and 'resource optimization' than usual. I'm not hearing any specific layoff news, but the general atmosphere feels a bit tense. People are being a lot quieter about their futures, and I've seen a couple of teams consolidate project leads. Just wondering if I'm overthinking this or if others are picking up on similar signals.
