Arista - Post-Holiday Hiring Freeze?

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed a pause on new hires or offer extensions at Arista recently? It feels like things were ramping up nicely before the holidays, but since then, it's been really quiet on the recruitment front. My recruiter went dark, and some roles I was tracking seem to be on hold. Is this typical for Arista after a busy Q4, or is it a sign of something more significant? I'm in the process for a couple of roles and the silence is deafening. Anyone else in a similar boat or have any insight into what's happening internally with headcount or hiring plans for Q1?

Yeah, I'm in a similar situation. I had an interview loop scheduled for early January that got postponed with no firm reschedule date. My contact also stopped responding to emails. It's a bit unnerving, especially since I was really excited about the opportunity. I'm trying not to overthink it, but the lack of communication is definitely making me nervous. Hope it's just a standard post-holiday lull and not indicative of bigger issues. Keep us updated if you hear anything else.
