It's not outright talk of layoffs, but the constant emphasis on doing more with less, and defining what 'less' really means, feels like it could be setting the stage. I've definitely noticed a similar trend. The emphasis on 'efficiency' and 'strategic focus' has ramped up significantly in recent months. It feels like there's a concerted effort to really drill down on what drives the most value and perhaps shed initiatives that are perceived as less impactful. It's not necessarily a negative, could just be standard business cycle, but the intensity is palpable.

Yeah, it's not just you. We're seeing the same discussions here. The language around 'optimizing resources' and 'streamlining efforts' is definitely more prominent than it used to be.
