Has anyone else heard anything about Arista potentially slowing down hiring or even a soft freeze? I'm in the process of interviewing for a role and the recruiter has been a bit cagey about timelines, which isn't totally unusual, but combined with some other observations, I'm starting to wonder. Workload seems high, but I'm hearing from some folks that new headcount approvals are drying up. It's not a layoff situation, from what I can tell, but more of a 'stop the bleeding' or 're-evaluate needs' kind of move. Is this just the market, or is Arista experiencing internal pressure? I've heard similar whispers. While I haven't seen official confirmation, the vibe I'm getting from people in the know is that things are tightening up. Recruiters can be notoriously tight-lipped, but if you're getting a weird feeling, it's probably worth digging a little deeper.
