Yep, feeling it too. I'm on the Bitbucket side and we've had similar conversations around 'streamlining workflows' which, let's be honest, usually translates to headcount reduction. Start polishing up that resume, just in case. Better to be prepared than blindsided. Honestly, I'm not seeing it as much on my team (Confluence), but I also know that these things can vary wildly across departments. Maybe your skip-level is just genuinely trying to improve processes? Four years is a long time these days, and companies need to stay competitive. Don't panic just yet, but definitely keep an ear to the ground and trust your gut. If something feels off, it probably is.
