Wow. Still processing. Got the notification this morning. It's surreal. Been with Atlassian for a few years, thought I was secure. They said it was part of a restructuring and a focus on future growth areas. The severance package seems decent, but it doesn't really make up for the shock and the uncertainty. We were told the company was doing well, and then this. It feels sudden and I don't really understand the justification beyond vague statements. I'm grateful for the time I had here, but man, this stings. I'm already starting to think about what's next, but it's tough to focus when you're still reeling. Anyone else in the same boat? How are you all coping?
