I've been with the company for a few years now, and while things have been solid, this news is unsettling. It's definitely a concerning time to be an employee at Atlassian right now. Seeing successive rounds of layoffs really shakes confidence, regardless of tenure. The shift in focus you mentioned is also a big question mark. Are they pivoting to new markets, products, or a different business model entirely? It's understandable to feel uncertain about the future when the company's direction feels unclear and job security is visibly being impacted.
