Heard whispers of restructuring in my team... anyone else?

Been at Atlassian for almost 5 years now, and usually I'm pretty oblivious to office gossip. But lately, even I can't miss the tension. My skip-level has been in back-to-back meetings all week, and people are being weirdly secretive about projects. I'm a senior engineer on the Jira team, and we just shipped a big feature, so I figured things would be smooth sailing for a bit. Now I'm second-guessing everything. Anyone else feeling like something's brewing? Could just be my anxiety acting up, but I'd rather be prepared.

Yeah, I've heard similar rumblings around the Confluence team. Upper management is definitely acting strange. Probably just typical corporate maneuvering, but it's hard not to feel uneasy when your livelihood is on the line. Maybe start quietly polishing your resume, just in case? Better to be prepared than caught off guard. Good luck, hang in there!

Honestly, this happens every few months. Remember that time there was a 'company-wide alignment' meeting that turned out to be absolutely nothing? People love to speculate and create drama. I'd suggest focusing on your work and ignoring the noise until you have concrete information. Don't let the anxiety monster win. Atlassian's usually pretty transparent when big changes are coming.
