Atmos Energy - Anyone else notice increased hiring freezes?

Hey everyone, Been at Atmos for a few years now in [Department/Region - e.g., Operations/Texas]. Lately, it feels like things are getting a bit tighter. I've noticed a lot of open positions disappearing from the careers page, and when I've asked around informally, it sounds like hiring has pretty much ground to a halt. Some teams seem to be on a 'hiring freeze' for anything non-critical. It's making me a little nervous, honestly. We had a few reorganizations last year, and while nothing major came of it for most people, the silence now feels a bit louder. Is anyone else seeing this? Are budgets being squeezed tighter than usual? Just trying to gauge the general sentiment and see if this is something company-wide or specific to my area. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but it's hard not to feel a bit uneasy when the hiring doors seem to be closing.
