Atmos Energy - Anyone have intel on potential restructuring?

Getting a weird feeling around here lately. Things are unusually quiet, and there's a lack of transparency about future plans. Been seeing some project scopes get cut or delayed unexpectedly, and resource allocation seems to be shifting in ways that aren't clearly communicated. It's making it tough to plan and execute effectively. Anyone else in a similar boat or heard any whispers about potential organizational changes or restructuring down the line? Trying to get a read on the situation without causing unnecessary alarm, but the uncertainty is starting to get to me. Would appreciate any insights or similar observations.

I've noticed some of the same things. There's definitely a sense of uncertainty about where things are headed. Some of the internal communications have felt a bit vague lately, and the way certain departmental resources are being reallocated isn't making a lot of sense from an operational standpoint. It's creating a lot of extra work trying to figure out how to adapt without clear direction. Hopefully, we'll get some clarity soon. It's hard to stay motivated when the ground feels like it's shifting under your feet.
