Atmos Energy - Feeling the pressure, is it just me?

Hey everyone, has anyone else at Atmos Energy been feeling a significant increase in workload lately? It feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the pressure is definitely mounting. Deadlines seem tighter, and there's a constant sense of urgency on almost every project. I'm wondering if this is a widespread thing or if it's just my department/team. I've been with the company for a few years now, and things have definitely shifted. It used to be challenging but manageable, but lately it's bordering on overwhelming. Just trying to gauge if others are experiencing this and if there's any unofficial word on what might be causing it. Maybe increased responsibilities due to growth? Or perhaps some underlying operational changes we're not fully privy to? Would love to hear from others, especially those in different roles or locations.
