Atmos Energy - Morale seems low lately, anyone else notice?

Hey everyone, been with Atmos for a few years now and lately, the vibe feels…off. Not sure if it's just my department or a broader thing. Seeing a lot of quiet chatter, people being more withdrawn, and generally less enthusiasm for projects. Heard some rumblings about hiring freezes in certain areas and a general 'tightening of the belt.' Leadership seems distant, and communication has been pretty minimal beyond the usual corporate speak. Is anyone else picking up on this? Curious if it's just me or if there's a more widespread feeling of unease. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard when the atmosphere feels a bit heavy.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a shift. It feels like there's a lot of uncertainty floating around, and that tends to dampen spirits. When communication feels scarce and it seems like resources are being stretched thin, it's hard for people to stay motivated. I've seen more people keeping to themselves and just trying to get through the day rather than actively engaging. Hopefully, things improve soon, but it's a palpable change from how things used to feel around here. Just trying to stay positive and focused on my own work in the meantime.
