Been hearing some chatter internally about possible reorganizations or shifts in focus, but nothing concrete. Anyone else picking up on this? I've definitely noticed a shift in atmosphere lately. There's been more talk about efficiency and streamlining operations across the board. It feels like a lot of departments are being asked to do more with less, which naturally creates some unease. I'm not sure if it's a full reorganization, but there's certainly a feeling of transition. Hopefully, it leads to positive changes in the long run, but the current uncertainty is palpable for sure.

Yeah, I've been picking up on similar vibes. It seems like there's a constant push for new initiatives and adapting to changing regulations, which can make things feel a bit chaotic.
