ADP - Anyone else seeing an uptick in 'efficiency' projects?

Been at ADP for a while now, and the language around 'streamlining' and 'efficiency' seems to have ramped up significantly in the last quarter. We're getting pushed to optimize processes, consolidate tools, and generally do more with less. It feels like a prelude to something. Heard some chatter from different departments, and it sounds like there's a general feeling of unease. Just wondering if this is a company-wide push or if I'm just hearing echoes from my own team's struggles. Are others experiencing similar pressures or hearing the same buzzwords? Trying to separate company-wide strategy from individual team anxieties. Let me know what you're seeing out there.

I've definitely noticed the same trend. Our team has been tasked with a lot of 'process improvement' initiatives lately, and it feels like the goalposts are constantly moving. The emphasis on doing more with less is palpable, and frankly, it's creating a bit of stress. It's reassuring to know I'm not the only one feeling this pressure. I'm curious to see if this leads to any tangible benefits or just more work.

Totally agree. The 'efficiency' push seems to be a company-wide directive. We're seeing similar requests for optimization and consolidation across different divisions. While some of it makes sense, the pace and intensity are definitely raising eyebrows. There's a definite undercurrent of 'what's next?' throughout the organization. Hopefully, it's aimed at genuine improvement and not just cost-cutting disguised as progress.
